An outstanding doctor who cares about her patients
Dr. Hausner is an outstanding doctor. She is caring, very professional with a clinical eye, and in addition a very delightful human being. Thanks to her extensive tests and experience, she identified a condition where time was of the essence. Immediately she referred me to the best specialist who carried out the specific tests which revealed a condition that required an operation. Within a month the operation was carried out as planned and following her post-op advise I am slowly recovering. During all this time she was following up and providing advice and encouragement. Her advice was very much appreciated and very comforting. I am very thankful to Dr. Hausner and strongly recommend her.

Excellent, caring and attentive doctor
I came to Dr. Hausnerova office about an year and a half ago and choose her as my personal physician for good reasons. First, she is very experienced and knowledgeable. For the first time in many years, I am finally able to keep my blood pressure under control thanks to her. She looks at the patient holistically to correlate the symptoms with everything else: personality, life style, diet, exercise, history. Talking to her, there is a lot to learn about yourself. Second, she is adding a personal touch to her service, always following up and adjusting the treatment as needed. Third, she is a warm and charming person, who has been through many different ordeals, and this has enriched her medical practice. Talking to her is always a rejuvenating experience.

STAY AWAY. 1. The physical took 3 minutes - she touched various parts of my body and that was it. No one took my weight, height, blood pressure, temp, etc. 2. During this so called physical, the doctor randomly removed my uggs so she could look at my feet, and THREW THEM (!!!) in the corner. Who does this? 3. After the doctor briefly examined me, she recommended that I have scan. I told her that I have to fly back to my home state in a few days. The doctor then became very frustrated and said that I am HARBORING SECRETS. 4. Dr. Hausnerova told me that many people from the same country that my parents come from (in east Africa) quickly become Americanized here, and then she made a motion with her hands to indicate obesity. She meant this as a sort of warning that I should watch what I eat and avoid a similar fate? Very very strange. 5. I was scolded MULTIPLE times, including in the lobby, for not realizing that you cannot discuss physical ailments during an annual physical.

Dr. Hausner was very friendly, empathetic and spent a lot of time with me on my first visit as a new patient. She really looked into my past treatment and wanted records from every procedure I had done and all medical history so she could make a determination as to whether I needed to stay on all of the medications I had been taking for 12 years. As a result I was able to stop taking two of the medications and feel much better as she determined I was overmedicated. She is truly in involved in making her patients feel as good as possible. She is friendly, engaging, extremely knowledgeable in her field. I feel fortunate to have found her.

This doctor likes to order tests you don't need and a lot of them. I also do not like her personality as she makes me nervous when I am with her.
