Dr. Eun Lee, MD

Dr. Lee cares about getting the patient well. She does a thorough assessment. She doesn’t take what’s in the patients chart or what a colleague has said, she does her own assessment. She isn’t intimidated by the attending Surgeon or Intensivist if she thinks a patient needs antibiotics or medications to get over an infection or illness that has been dismissed by them. She listens to the concerns of the patient and family, explains everything in great detail, does x-rays, labs, daily assessments to verify that the medicine ordered is working, keeps her word when she says she is coming back to see how the patient is progressing, is completely professional and greatly skilled with years of knowledge and wisdom. She kept my mom from declining and helped her to get well when two other doctors dismissed a raging infection inside of my mother despite there being outward physical signs of redness, swelling, distention, pain and increasing WBCs. I will forever be grateful for her.

Dr. Lee guided me through a very difficult medical issue. After 25 years of uncertainty, she was able to identify the source of my illness and prescribe medication that has saved my life. Yes, she is that good of a doctor. I owe a debt of gratitude to her along with the staff of Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Lee, I hope you read this review. I am the Granddaughter of H.S. Groover. Today he was sent home with Hospice care. I have worked for doctor's for 20+ yrs. And I want you to know you are one of the kindest Doc's I have ever been around. You have been so very kind to my family over the past wk. My Mom said that you cried when you told them my Popaw was going to die. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the treatment of not only my Popaw but also my Meme and my entire family! Marian
