Attentive, Professional, Knowledgeable
This year is my first experience with an HMO after having been on PPO for the past 10+ years. I can't say enough about the care I've received from all the staff at Kaiser including Dr. Tsai who is my primary care physician. Dr. Tsai is incredibly responsive, efficient, attentive, professional and very knowledgeable. It's now April and I've been had at least 3 separate issues that have been efficiently cared for. Additionally, Dr. Tsai has been incredibly thorough during our first meeting, going through my entire medical history. Based on the information, she immediately ordered tests to bring me up to health status up-to-date. Extremely satisfied and beyond my expectation. Out of 8+ appointments thus far, I have yet to wait longer than 10 minute to been seen with any of the doctors. Kaiser seems to be run with military precision.

Dr EUGENIA I-CHEN TSAI is very professional and knowledgeable. She explained my health concerns to me and developed a thorough plan to deal them. She is a excellent Dr. and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate health care professional.
