I agree with the previous comment, DO NOT GO HERE. The staff charged me for multiple services, making it seem as though it was part of an annual physical, which was supposed to be covered by insurance. As it turns out, they added multiple items, including a $150 "weight consult," which consisted of little more than stepping on a scale and talking about the results with the doctor. When I tried to call to ask about the added costs, NO ONE returned my calls, despite multiple attempts.

I called before I made the appointment and left a detailed message with the receptionist asking if the dr believed in chronic Lyme. I needed a high dose of antibiotics. I called ahead because of he wasn’t willing to provide me with the proper dose that I would have to find another dr. I received a call from his office the next day to schedule an appointment so I assumed he was agreeable. When I got there, he was not. He told me he doesn’t believe in chronic Lyme and he would prescribe his normal dose. If the normal dose doesn’t take care of it, I have to come back for another round of antibiotics...isn’t that the definition of chronic?? I left the office after that. It was clear that he doesn’t care. I made a phone call ahead of time to prevent wasting my time and my Insurances money, he completely disregarded my question and request, made the appointment, told me no and I still have Lyme. I would have had no problem if he said no over the phone. Hes greedy, anything to get you in.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Nguyen for over a decade, and I have complete trust in him. He has a compassionate, calm, and professional demeanor, and has always provided intelligent Information with regard to diagnoses and referrals. My own father was a family physician, and that is the “lens” I use to evaluate the professionalism of Dr. Nguyen. My husband, who has Alzheimer’s, has also been under Dr. Nguyen’s care for some time, and we have had an excellent relationship with him.

DO NOT GO HERE! They schedule you for unnecessary appointments so they can charge your insurance. I thought he was pretty thorough the first time I went, but have learned differently since. Very disappointed!

Excellent Doctor, kind manner. Very patient and spends the time to really understand what is happening with his patients. My children went to Dr. Nguyen, my mother had him as her family doctor and he has been my doctor for 15 years. There is no one better, I can't recommend him enough. He has earned my trust and that of my extended family.

Initially I thought this doc was pretty good. Over the past few years he has become careless and does not offer proper advise and understanding. He ordered lipid panel and said I did NOT have to fast. This completely contradicts all medical pretest requirements on this test. Can NOT get a rectal prostrate exam from him despite my age and family history. His staff is incompetent at best. To get a referral, we have to argue with them even when the doctor advised.
