Very Rude
I pleaded with this woman to do several test because I had vomited blood and she refused. She was extremely rude. Days later I had blood in my stool. I went to Crouse in Syracuse and was admitted for 5 days. She was too interested in being right and not at all worried about her patient. Her bedside manner is horrific, not to mention the nurses with a bad attitude. I will never return to UHS just based on the odds that she might be my E.R. Nurse. No one should feel so unheard that they have to leave against medical advice.

I had to go to UHS Norwich emergency room late yesterday. She was the attending Physician. I couldn't be more pleased with her Professional, kind approach. She was wonderful. Having recently moved to this area, this was my first time at UHS. I never felt rushed and all of my concerns were taken care of in a timely manner.

I would never in my life, not even to my worst enemy recommend her care. She has countless negative reviews for a REASON. My housemate was admitted to her care recently- first she doesn't wear a mask in a PANDEMIC. Second, she doesn't do her job. Only 1 or 2 nurses on her staff was actually helpful and empathetic. I cannot even count the number of stories Cayuga Medical has of misdiagnosing their past. To run no tests and tell a patient they are fine just because you gave them pain medication and prescribed anti acids is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous

Horrific bedside manner. It was like speaking to a 15 yr. old bully who never read a medical text in her life.
