Cursory exam, rather confrontational in demeanor, did not call back with results. Long wait to get appt which I expected. But I spent more time in the waiting room than in her office and this was a first visit.

The wait for an appointment with her is months and once you get in the office you wait at least an hour. The front desk staff sucks. Once you’re in the room you wait even more. Her nurse is extremely nice and caring,one good thing about that office. Once you get to see Dr. Lipstein she starts out nice and caring, then the tables turn. I told her I had a rare (orphan) disease and rare diseases run in my family. She did some mediocre tests on me with flexibility and all that. It was obvious she had no idea what I was talking about and then tried to ask me questions about my mental health and just told me all my symptoms were caused by anxiety. How unbelievable. Just admit you don’t have a background on rare diseases or don’t know enough about what I have and do some research. I will never be going back.

Went to see Dr. Lipstein for the first time. Just love her. She explained everything to me. Very caring and compassionate. Her assistance Kim is equally great. The front desk is very friendly. I would recommend her to family and friends in a heartbeat.

Horrible. Had an appt for one time. Sitting here for an hr and a half after my appt time and still haven't been seen. Nurses are very rude. Horrible service all together. You have to wait months to get an appt and then hrs to even be seen. Ridiculous.

I waited a month to see this doctor, and during my examination she took two calls from patients!!!!!!! REALLY!!! if your so busy that you need to take calls from other patients while examining a NEW patient, you need to rethink your practice!! Every patient deserve to be attended to in an appropriate manner with curtsey and undivided attention from the doctor! taking calls from other patients during an exam is unbelievably rude!!!! Needless to say I will be looking for another doctor to see.

Dr Lipstein- Kresh has been my Rheumatologist for the past 18 years, in my opinion, there is no other rheumatologist like her. She is the best of the best. I would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone. WTW
