Poorly run office
I liked Dr. Nakhla, but when I tried to reschedule I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. Someone picked up, mumbled, slammed the phone down at least four times and when she finally picked up she very sweetly hummed in my ear. Never acknowledged or apologized for such a long wait. I didn't reschedule. I'm disappointed; I was looking forward to working with him.
