First Impressions as a high risk patient
I had the unfortunate experience of seeing Dr. Esohe Ohuoba during my first pregnancy, which was classified as high-risk due to both my age and medical issues. I am writing this review to express my concerns about the complete lack of sensitivity, empathy, and professionalism I encountered during my appointment.From the very beginning, Dr. Ohuoba did not introduce herself or make any effort to build a rapport. As a first-time mom with a high-risk pregnancy, I expected to feel supported, reassured, and informed by my doctor, but instead, I was left feeling dismissed and unheard. The appointment was rushed and impersonal, and I never felt like I was given the time or attention needed to address my concerns.What stood out most, however, was Dr. Ohuoba's repeated statements that I was 'going to have a miscarriage' due to my age and medical issues. While I understand that she was trying to communicate the risks, her approach was incredibly insensitive and alarming. Instead of offering a

This is my third pregnancy and I wanted to go to someone who would take the time to listen to my concerns. Someone that wouldn't look down for asking a question. I was dealing with a neck injury that happened when I was 4 months pregnant and she helped me get the help I needed. I really believe I found my doctor for all my female needs.
