Dr. Errol Buntuyan, MD

After waiting all summer for Kaiser Palm Desert to provide me with a single available primary care doctor, I was finally able to make an appointment with Dr. Buntuyan. The first available appointment was SIX WEEKS out. So I patiently waited. Meanwhile, my asthma symptoms worsened, but I held on knowing my appointment was coming. The day before the appointment that I'd waited six weeks for, Dr. Buntuyan cancelled my appointment with no explanation. No reason given. The appt was for a Friday so maybe he had other plans. There was no follow up from his office to make sure I had a care plan. Just total abandonment from this health care provider--Kaiser Palm Desert-- who told me to go the the Eisenhower emergency room. This behavior exhibited a complete disregard for me as a patient and left me, a 64 yr old senior, alone to deal with my breathing issues. I will never set foot in a Kaiser office again, and Dr. Buntuyan owes me an apology that I will never receive. Unacceptable.

He is my favorite doctor. I will not see any other doctor but Dr. B... he knows what to prescribe me whether I'm sick or stressed out. He's never second guessed my diagnosis, and I trust him with my life
