Dr. Williams is wonderful! Front office….
Dr. William is very professional and nice. I would recommend him to anyone even though he could slow down a bit when it comes to talking to the person that comes with the patient. his nurses and procedure room Staff are great.!! The front office, however will forget that you have checked in and you will be at least an hour late for your appointment because they apparently don’t care and don’t do their job. we arrived 45 minutes early for our appointment and an hour and 15 minutes after our appointment time they were just taking the patient back. Had I not gotten up and I asked if they were running behind or had forgotten about her, she would’ve still been sitting there. so therefore, the front office staff needs to be reevaluated, retrained or fired! You do not treat your patience this way, you do your job. The procedure room staff apologized and over the front office failure to do their job! I would still recommend Dr. Williams and his procedure staff for your next procedure.

Dr Williams and his staff were friendly and professional. He did not rush my appointment with him and thoroughly answered every question I had. He scheduled a test for me the same week as my appointment and that went very well. I have used this doctor for myself and my mother. He has always lived up to our high expectations. I will continue to rely on him for any future concerns
