Poor attitude and no compassion
I was referred through a Telehealth doctor who may have not provided me with the proper care. Rather than show any compassion about my possible misdiagnosis, he chose to vent his frustrations about Telehealth and treat me in a confrontational way as if I did something wrong. He stared at his laptop the entire time rather than having a conversation with me. I felt very uncomfortable throughout the visit, which was very rushed and inconclusive. A little compassion goes a long way, especially when I’m in pain and have no idea what’s wrong with me. I walked out feeling very frustrated and disrespected.

Excellent Physician
He always listens and has excellent notes regarding everything a patient tells him. He helps with samples of medication that works which can be expensive. His appountments are prompt and I have never had to wait for my appointment time. Staff is also helpful and pleasant. Although I moved away from his offices, I will take the time to continue with his care.

Extremely dismissive
The session began with him not introdicing himself. Sitting in silence for 2 to 3 minutes before saying 'So im looking at your chart, but why are you even here, it doesnt even make sense.' He ignored the extremely problematic symptoms I told him. He refused to listen to what I have to do to successfully alleviate symptoms. He also said that he has no idea what electrolytes were and that they had no effect on urine or water absorbtion. He tried to refuse futher testing saying I am too younge - dispite my symptoms.When I insisted my symptoms were unbareable he accused me of having mental issues. He was off standish the entire time and made me extremely uncomfortable.

Very Knowledgeable
Never have to wait long to be taken back to see the doctor. He is not a warm and fuzzy doctor but I don’t see him for that. He is cordial and nice. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise on my issues. The staff is efficient and friendly.

Thorough!!!
Dr Agatstein took the time to thoroughly delve into my history and symptoms to better gain an understanding of my issues… actually “sitting down” to take copious notes. He then took that information and scheduled me for a battery of tests that will undoubtedly give me a definitive diagnosis and appropriate regimen of treatment… fingers crossed! I’ve already accepted the fact that my condition is likely permanent, but the thoroughness of Dr Agatstein’s questioning and testing gives me the peace of mind that all that can be done, will be done. Thank you for that!

Disappointed
The urologist did not even ask if I have any questions, and when I asked “permission” to ask questions about my visit/health- he appeared in a hurry and annoyed. Also, I came in at around 9:40am for a 10:15 appt and I was seen by the doctor at 10:45am. Not fair.
