Great doctor, but I'm constantly getting rescheduled. I would call and set appointments 2 to 3 weeks prior, and I'd get rescheduled last minute. This has been a reoccurring issue for me. If you're trying to fit appointments into your busy schedule, or trying to prescription refills on time, I would advise a doctor with better consistency.

Came to Erin Kennedy since our insurance changed, but will not return! She was very condescending and never asked about all my health issues. I mentioned my hand shaking, she claimed it was pain medication withdrawal, when in fact I found out it's nerve damage from acute carpal tunnel. Go figure! Why do people become doctors if they aren't interested in helping people who need it most?

New patient going in for Rx refill, but broke out in a rash the day before. She incorrectly diagnosed me with shingles (even though rash was on both sides of body, caused NO PAIN, and I had NO stress). She barely looked at me and headed for the door. I had to stop her 2 times with her hand on the door knob to ask questions. She gave me a steroid shot. But I wanted to ask if I could have a topical cream for the insane itching. She was already with another patient, and my time was over.

There is a short wait time to get an appointment. A short wait time to see Dr. Kennedy when you arrive. The lab is on site and again, a short wait time. Dr. Kennedy answers all of my questions and explains things very well. I had my last Dr. for 10+ years and he took more time with me per visit, but finally, it took 3-6 weeks to get an appointment even if I wasn't feeling well. Dr. Kennedy was able to see me right away and discovered my blood sugar was over 500. Most likely saved my life.

I trust Dr. Kennedy and her MA they make a great team. Dr. Kennedy is very professional and listens and doesn't rush to get you out and off to the next patient. Have been thru some doctors that don't have time to listen and are running late. My wait in Dr. Kennedy's examining has never been over 10 minutes.
