Wish I had found her earlier

My previous Dr stopped practicing and I have a very complicated history with multiple surgeries. I had no choice but to find a new Dr. To my surprise when I saw Dr. Collardo, she throughly pre-reviewed my history and then reviewed it with me again to make sure she did t miss anything. She was extremely professional and an excellent active listener. She brought some things to my attention that I was unaware of and gave me a plan to better manage my health going forward. I have a scan in a few weeks that my previous Dr scheduled that Dr Collardo will call me to review the results. She also indicated they have the equipment and technicians in her office to perform the scans in her office going forward. I’m very thankful to have found Dr Collardo and look forward to seeing her again and remaining healthy with her guidance.

Beautiful modern office. Super friendly staff. Dr. Collado displayed upmost interest and patience to me as a first time patient. She answered all my concerns and questions. I felt comfortable in her care. The staff was admirably courteous and helpful. The only thing I did not care for was the lack of parking in the medical complex - but that’s everywhere in the Baptist/Kendall area. Overall, I walked out of there feeling glad that I has chosen her as my new GYN doctor and highly recommend her practice.

Dr. Erika Collado and her assistant, Ashley were both awesome!! Very polite, friendly, easy to speak to, and professional.. Dr. Collado answered ALL of my concerns and made me feel at ease. The day of my appointment, she was fully booked (w/ her patients and another doctors patients) and at no point did she interrupt me or speak over me or rush! She is young, informative, personable, and honest. I am so glad I gave her office a try, I have now found my permanent OB/GYN. I would definitely recommend Dr. Erika Collado (and Ashley)!
