Review of Dr. Kubiak
At 86 years old, I was looking for alternatives to hip surgery. After my discussion with Dr. Kubiak, it made sense for me to go through with the procedure since it would positively affect the quality of my remaining life. I could not be happier with that decision.Everything was explained up front, & everything worked out as predicted. The confidence that Dr. Kubiak & his professional staff impressed me with, & the results delivered, allow me to participate in activities again that I thought were over.

Hip replacement
What a wonderful man. He did a hip replacement on me in Dec. 2021. I was 81 and in a lot of pain. Now, no pain. I can walk, dance do anything, housework (ugh). I recommend him to anyone who will listen. Recover time was just 6 weeks back to walking without walker or cane. I love him. He has such a good sense of humor, too. He loves to ride his bike on his days off. I highly recommend Dr. Kubiak. He is a good man.

Dr Kubiak's care was nothing short of amazing! He performed hip replacement surgery on my right hip in 2021. I had no pain afterwards, recovered at home (no need for me to go to a rehab facility), and was walking normally within 10 days. I never needed to use a walker or cane! Just one crutch to help me stand up for a few days after the surgery. Now it's time for the left hip, for the same procedure. I wouldn't even consider seeing a different orthopaedic surgeon. Once you've found the best, you stick with it!!!

Fantastic surgeon!! Extremely pleased after 9 yrs
I was in a horse accident in 2013 and was flown from WY to UT. Dr. Kubiak repaired 2 breaks in my pelvis. I am now 63 years old and still riding horses. Thank you, Dr. Kubiak, for the fine work!! Julie Patterson-VanDerSchuit

Horrible. Are those positive reviews paid for advertisements? I thought they were true but now I know different. They are nowhere near what I experienced. I was prescribed, pain killers that I am allergic to. twice, even after I personally told them as well as it is recorded in my records. Plus, three visits resulted in meeting with students and Kubiak just watched. He did not address any problems I was experiencing. Now, 6 weeks later, I still am unable to walk. This is wrong. Kubiak won't explain why. Says he did 26,000 of these THA surgeries and not once had this problem. I am so disgusted with this narcissist. Stay away! After my last appt. I met another woman who too was having walking problems. Her surgery was also with Kubiak and was a month prior to mine. Maybe these honest negative comments are not being posted. Please find another surgeon or prepare to needlessly suffer.

A year and a half ago, I had hip replacement surgery, performed by two doctors subsequently at Desert orthopedic. On the first surgery my femur was fractured, this was overlooked and I was sent home on a walker. The rest is history until I met Dr. Kubiak. Dr. Kubiak completely repaired the botched surgeries and for the first time in a year and a half, I can walk standing up right, no more gate, no more ugly scar. I never thought I’d walk again but Dr. Kubiak changed that and I am grateful.
