Wonderful experience
Staff is fantastic. Very efficient office. Dr Dean carefully listens, competent. I have been treated for two different joint issues. Very pleased with results.

disrespectful of their patients time
I had to take time off work for this appointment. They asked me to come in 15 mins early. I walked out after 1 hr of waiting. The whole time, I could hear Dr. Dean chatting with another colleague. It was extremely disrespectful.

Terrific, compassionate, consultive and knowledgeable physician. Great, warm demeanor with an excellent staff. Erik is the kind of physician you had long, long ago and is practicing medicine the way it should be done. Superb doctor and person

This office requires patients to give them a credit or debit card to keep on file, to charge if you haven’t paid your bill in 30 days. I went in as a new patient with a possibly fractured foot; since I do not have a credit card, I would’ve had to give them my debit card, allowing them to access my checking account. I refused. They let me hobble out in tears, did not care about my medical problem in the least, nor about long term damage. They followed me out to argue with me, said hotels do it.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Dean and his staff since 2010 for management of hip dysplasia & osteoarthritis in my hip after a 2009 osteopathy & debridement to repair a torn labrum. I’m a distance runner & a stubborn klutz; Dr. Dean & staff continually support me in finding balance in caring for my structural challenges & getting me back to my sport.

The wait time was excessive, i waited in the exam room for 45 minutes, at this time I left the office without seeing the Doctor. I won't be going back, I believe the Doctor is overbooking.

I was referred to Dr. Dean while in physical therapy. I'd never been to a sports doctor before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But, Dr. Dean is so kind and caring and he really helps me. Plus, he's got a great sense of humor and his staff is great, too.

Dr. Dean was personable and friendly and took the time to look into my rather long physical history. He was able to assess my issue with an ACL tear that hard been overlooked for many years. He came up with a plan of action that has provided me with relief for the first time in years.

My experience with Dr. Dean was exceptional. He took the best line of reasoning and procedure to properly assess my issue and concerns. Not ONCE did I feel rushed or silly for asking any questions. My appointments all began on time and ended when I was questionless and satisfied. I wish more doctors were on Dr. Erik Dean's level, it's rare.

You don't get appointment except you sign for his concierge service which would cost you $1600 on top of your insurance. 30 min to 1 hour delays are normal. Not recommended.
