Dropped like a hot potatoe
I visited Dr. Olsen on Jan 31st for a cortisone shot in which he did not administer. I still was still extremely uncomfortable after receiving the shot taking lots of pain relievers. I called his office two- or three-times leaving messages without a phone call back. So, I went to the office in person and was unsure if it was understood that I was seeking to have a second cortisone shot and if so I'll keep the appointment that was made for me while I was forced to go to his office in person so I can actually receive feedback. Hours later Dr. Olsen after being my doctor since 2021 dropped me as his patient and suggested I see another doctor in the same office. It was clearly not alright for me to express my dissatisfaction because I was dropped instantly like a hot potato. I surely hope this doesn't happen to anyone else who's feeling as uncomfortable as I do presently. Think twice before choosing to see Dr. Olsen!
