No Worth the Wait
After waiting six months for an appointment (after already meeting with a PA), I met Dr. Voight who was slightly arrogant and condescending and made me feel incredibly unwelcomed the moment he stepped into the room at 12:30 for a noon appointment. After sharing the results of a sleep study I had already read, he essentially said there was nothing he could do, and referred me to other specialists. I have found the entire NYU practice to be completely impersonal and patients are better served elsewhere.

My first time seeing Dr. Voigt and it was better than I anticipated! He was terrific, as he explained what he was doing and I felt quite comfortable. Meeting a new Dr. can make you a little anxious; however, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Dr. Voight.

INCREDIBLE DOCTOR. Immediately, you can tell that Dr. Voigt genuinely cares and is actually listening to what you have to say. I went to him as a 2nd opinion and he will now be my primary ENT. He explains your diagnosis, does not rush you and follows up as needed. I would recommend him over and over again. The audiologist is so sweet and caring also, and makes what could be a nerve-racking experience feel very relaxed and smooth. The office is nice and clean and the office staff is friendly, competent & very easy to work with.

Dr. Voigt is an amazing diagnostician and has always prescribed the correct meds and dose for me to see an immediate improvement. He is very thorough and gets to the accurate bottom line very quickly. He's very warm and remembered me after 5 years!

Dr. Voight spent 5 min with me in his exam room. He told me that i have collapsed internal valves in my nose and told me to meet with their plastic surgion for the valves repair surgery. I went to two other doctors (not NYU) both confirmed that i have enlaged turbunates and will need turbinate reduction procedure (laser or radiofrequency). Wasted my time with voight.

We have been patients of Dr. Voigts and Dr. Aprils since my 15 yr old was a toddler. When I called today with an emergency I was told that they are booking in July. I explained that my son is in pain with a severe sinus infection and that our Allergist said to see our ENT. Her response was well then I suggest you don't wait till July. I am saddened at the lack of compassion and outraged at the smug condescending suggestions made by the receptionist and the office manager.

I have been a patient of Dr. Voigt for a little over a year. I had an issue that needed to be treated sooner rather than later. It was very difficult to get ahold of either office at first, as has an office in both New York City and Long Island. I called both offices; leaving multiple messages for him and looking for availability. My calls went unanswered and I was not able to get an appointment for 3 weeks. Finally the pain was so bad that I went to another doctor. The lack of care is appauling
