Dr. Weis is excellent. She is very kind and compassionate. She has looked outside the box to help make my life with two persistent mental illnesses bearable. She knows when I need to be hospitalized and when I can manage a crisis with some support. She works well with my therapist and primary care. She makes time for emergencies and has even seen me in the waiting room just to reassure me. She called another doctor when she questioned a new diagnosis. I trust her with my care and I don't trust
