Dr. Perez reviewed my symptoms, asked follow up questions, and listened to my concerns.

No compassion, cold and curt. Hung up on our telehealth visit before I even got a chance to say anything else. I don’t understand if you don’t have bedside manner why go into this profession. How disappointing.

Absolutely pointless. She was assigned for a teledoc appointment. I had a sinus infection and asked for a round of antibiotics (told me I hadn't been sick long enough to get antibiotics). She prescribed a steroid (side effects far worse than a sinus infection), a nasal spray that the pharmacy had to special order, and cough medicine (I didn't even have a cough). Needless to say the entire appointment was a waste of time as I never filled either prescription and am now left to self-treat. Based on other reviews seems this was par for the course.

Telehealth consult, she was dismissive rude and hung up the phone on me. So unprofessional. I mentioned I had two kids at home that had tested positive for strep and I have the same symptoms and was confident I had strep and needed and antibiotic. She proceeded to be sassy and say “we don’t give prescriptions just because people tell us to!”. She didn’t even consider the facts or listen to my symptoms and I asked her if she was even going to ask me what my symptoms were before making a decision on whether she would prescribe an antibiotic. She told me to go to an urgent care if I was so sure. So after she hung up on me, I did. Went and got a positive strep test. She shouldn’t ever get to care for patients with her attitude and unprofessional demeanor.

I wouldn't even give her one star, but in order to leave a review, I have to. Never in my life have I ever felt so disrespected by a doctor. So quick to get a patient out of the office. Didnt listen to or care for any of our concerns. I can't believe I just wasted an hour of my time with her. My daughter never misses school & cries if I ask her to stay home, so I knew something was wrong when she woke up this morning but Ms. Perez (she shouldn't be a doctor) could care less. Definitely switching
