Wonderful. She's a physician with a heart as well as a brain. She was very kind to this 75 year old.

Dr. Miranda listened and was extremely nice. I was very happy to have found a female doctor who was easy to see and talk to. I had multipul tests ordered by her that were the wrong test. I had to go back and redo urine tests, ultrasounds and bloodwork because it was placed wrong. I found it difficult to get follow up appointments and information on underlining causes. I am ultimately disappointed.

Dr. Miranda is very personable and kind in person. However, she's also inattentive, sloppy and dismissive when contacted via email or through phone appointments -- which is the direction Kaiser has been going lately. Dr. Miranda emailed me that my hepatitis test was negative when it was actually positive! I emailed and talked to her on a phone appointment (to which she was over an hour late) about perimenopause related tests I needed -- and she forgot to order them until it was too late.
