Everything Wrong in Notes
Telehealth
Spent $350 for him not to listen to me. He didn't listen to my medical background and history. Got almost everything wrong in his notes. Wrote that what happened to me didn't happen to me. Only focused on one aspect of pain, such as documented peripheral nerve damage. and he ignored the documented spinal damage, which explains many of the peripheral nervous system issues impacting the peripheral nerve damage. Didn't trust anything I said. Put in that I don't have a certain issue when MRIs document that I do. Even wrote that I had a history of medication abuse, which every doctor I've seen for the past decade knows I don't have, so I don't know where he got that from. I feel betrayed, hurt, and insulted. I want a refund.

Dr. Eric Williams saved my life!
Dr. Eric Williams is the most intelligent doctor I’ve ever met. He’s incredibly diligent and caring. I’m officially pain-free thanks to his peripheral nerve surgery on my iliohypogastric nerve after three years of suffering. Incredibly thankful for his help and could not recommend him enough!

Amazing Doctor
I have had 2 very complex surgeries with Dr. Williams, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about him and the ladies that work with him- Alyssa and Lindsey. I had been dismissed by so many other doctors in the past telling me it was “impossible to have nerve entrapment on both sides of a scar” and “maybe you are just depressed”. The first time I met with him, he validated my concerns and was the first doctor to truly believe me. What a relief that was. He’s professional but also can make you laugh which is a big deal when you’re anxious and undergoing surgeries. A couple of my visits were 4 hours long and he took his time being sure the nerve blocks were effective. It was so refreshing to be heard & not rushed out the office door. I am not 100% pain free. “It’s like peeling an onion” he says. But my pain level has SIGNIFICANTLY diminished since his surgeries. If you are looking for answers & a compassionate doctor- call Dr Williams today. He truly is the best.

Very impressed
I had piriformis syndrome up until last week when Dr Williams removed my piriformis . He was extremely thorough in his evaluation, spent more than 3-4 hours with me pre and post op . I’m healing extremely well , and off all pain meds . My surgical wound is healing nicely and the only discomfort I have is from the surgical site, which will take another week or two to abate. I feel like I’m living in a dream world . I cannot recommend this doctor enough… There are very few docs out there that do what he does and if you have a choice… he should be it.

PIRIMORMIS SYNDROME. I am so thankful for Dr. Williams. His attitude and approach gave me confidence that he would fix my problem after living with chronic pain for 13 years! The success of the surgery exceeded my expectations and has allowed me to re-enter the world with a new lease on life. I pray for his healing hands to continue to help others.

Dr. Williams blames the patient when his office don't get your test results from another institution after I told the front desk on the first visit where I went and they said they get the records. . He denied me a procedure that I had scheduled and paid up front for it. Because I didn't pass his pain test. So he denied me the procedure and pain relief. He ordered a expensive test and made a diagnosis that I wasn't seeing him for and I actually see another Dr for that condition. I got labeled a non compliant patient in my medical record which could effect my insurance because I'm not listening to his obnoxious way he addressed me. I was there merely to see him because I re-injured myself from 2 pre. surgeries I had from the other Dr in the practice who is out of town ! Dr Williams was arrogant and rude. Even put I was smoker in my chart and I'm not.

In the past two yrs, I have had 2 surgeries with Dr. Williams for occipital neuralgia. First I would like to say how wonderful his staff is to work with. I travel from NY and they have been overly accommodating and friendly. I have asked a lot of questions and they never make me feel like a bother. All my questions are answered quickly and accurately. Next, Dr. Williams...I am forever grateful for how he has changed my life. Prior to finding him, I was in almost daily pain for 5 yrs. I am not 100% but each time has made a significant improvement. Even more importantly is how I am treated. In NY, I have told things like "exercise more" and "I hope you realize living a life pain free is not on the table for you anymore". It was strongly recommended by doctors and physical therapists up here to not to a surgery. Dr. Williams takes the time to listen to you and you truly feel like he wants to help you. I am so lucky to have found this doctor and I highly recommend him !!!!

This is a long overdue review for Dr. Eric Williams. In 2012 I had debilitating foot pain no doctor could figure out. I was 24 years old and in a wheelchair. Eric Williams agreed to operate on both my ankles, 6 weeks apart. He gave me my life and mobility back. He even told me afterward how rare my condition was and recommended I visit rheumatologists and infectious disease doctors to get to the bottom of why I suffered with rare pain and nerve compression. Thank you!

I did research for a neurosurgeon with great reviews and found this doctor. The only problem is that he DOESN'T CARE ABOUT OLDER PEOPLE in that he will not take you as a patient if you are on MEDICARE. So, if you want him to help, you'd better have your condition before you are 65.

Dr. Eric Williams is simply the best! An amazingly brilliant doctor with a bedside manner that puts some other doctors to shame. He truly cares about his patients and treats you as a person, not a patient with an insurance card and a checkbook. What doctor gives out his email address these days, well Dr. Williams does and he responds rather quickly. This is the second time Dr. Williams has solved a life changing problem with my knees following knee replacement surgery. Best staff ever!

Dr. Williams is one of the most empathetic, knowledgeable, patient&caring surgeons I have ever met. I suffered w/unbearable pain after ear surgery gone wrong & tried countless medications &injections for 6years. My ear, head & face felt like they were on constant fire. My life became one that was hard to live. I didn't think there was a light at the end of the tunnel until I had surgery with him. There are good people out there - he is one I will never forget. Thank you for what and HOW you do it.
