The office
I really like my doctor, but the communication with the office is challenging. I asked for a callback from the office manager, but so far i cant get one. I just want to understand what her service standards are fir the staff. If i am asking for more than what is reasonable, id like to hear that from her.

Horrible service. Horrible receptionists. Have been going there for years and now the service has gone down dramatically. Do not recommend.

Go elsewhere! They have the rudest office staff I have ever experienced. Even when calling on the phone, you will not be treated with respect - it is as if the office staff is doing you a favor by even answering a call or your questions. No information gets through to the doctor. The office staff RUNS THIS PRACTICE and apparently it has been going on for years and is OK with the doctors. This is not a one time observation as other patients have experienced the same problem.

I have been a patient of his for 25 years and find him outstanding. He takes his time and is careful to explain things. He encourages prevention and healthy lifestyles. There have been past issues with the office staff but for the most part, they try hard to do the right thing. Follow up on test results is excellent and a few times he has called me at home to see how I'm doing. His Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners are great.

I would not recommended to my family and friends with Eric Smith. He is not as great doctor. !!! The office staff are very rude and not politely!!!

My whole family have been patients for many years. Dr. Smith is very courteous and warm. Explains issues well and never gives me the impression of being rushed. Wait in lobby is usually minimal. Wait in exam room may be a few minutes longer. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. In past, follow through by staff was sometimes sporadic, but it has improved.
