horrible
I didnt even know he entered the room because he didnt introduce himself or anything. Looked at my throat for a few seconds with the light then sat down and barely made eye contact with me the whole time. His replies were less than comforting saying "saying well im not surprised", etc. No bedside manner or personality. Offered me little to no comfort on the situation. The only reason I saw him was for an emergency visit and I will never do it again, i'd rather wait for Dr. Kelly

Arrived 10 minutes earlier, checked in with friendly person at desk. Called in soon after. Screened by a friendly assistant, waited just a few minutes for the doctor to come in. The doctor listened to my concern and did a quick and efficient exam. Gave me good advice and I was on my way!

My experience with Dr. Scarborough was great. I had a scooter accident and fractured multiple nose bones. I came to Dr. Scarborough- he clearly outlined options straight to the point, I chose closed rhinoplasty which was promptly performed within six days of the accident. I’m happy with the result- somehow I think my nose looks better than before the accident it is definitely straight. Interaction with Dr. Scarborough was also very pleasant- straight, honest and to the point. I highly recommend him for anyone who is in need of a surgery. Five stars all the way!

I fractured my nose while surfing. Dr. Eric T. Scarbrough saw me the same day that I called to make an appointment. He was very thorough in his evaluation and also very informative. He laid out the treatment options in a very clean manner. Early the following week he performed a closed reduction surgery on my nose to put everything back into place. He is a very kind, knowledgeable, and excellent ENT doctor. It has been over five weeks since the closed reduction procedure took place, my nose appears to be completely straight, and honestly, I seem to be able to breath easier than before I broke my nose. I would highly recommend Dr. Scarbrough!

Making an appointment was easy with good selection of available time slots. Patient portal was robust and clear making pre completing of info simple before arrival. Intake was simple and timely. Dr. Scarborough was kind, professional and thorough, explaining everything as it happened. Hearing test technician was competent and relaxed and made the work fun! Excellent experience!

First time patient, did my check in online. Walked in 10 minutes early, was taken to examining room within 5 minutes. History was taken, Dr. Scarbrough was examining me five minutes later. Thorough exam, carefully done, explained what he found, explained the cause of my symptoms. Will definitely recommend.

In my opinion, Dr. Scarborough is an excellent Doctor. I never had no longer than a 10 minute wait, if that. I have psoriasis over most of my body, including my ears and have to see Dr. Scarborough every 4-5 weeks for a ear cleaning. He's excellent. Westhampton Beach

Made an appointment with dr. Scarborough due to head cold and pressure in my ear. I figured go to the specialist for the ear pressure. Dr Scarborough is NOT a good listener had his own agenda. I feel like I was railroaded in taking a hearing test which made no sense how accurate can this be I couldn't hear due to cold. He did prescribe prednisone but had to go to urgent care for antibiotics for an acute sinus infection. Feeling better after only one day. Dr Scarborough lacks compassion bad dr.

Let's just say my experience here was horrible. My daughter who is 5 years old had been telling me for weeks that she couldn't hear well. I thought it was because of her cold so we waited until the cold subsided and then went to see the doctor. After extensive testing, he told us that she had little to no hearing loss. He said that if it continued in 6 months, to come back. My daughter continued to complain for about 3/6 months. We saw a new doctor and she actually has significant hearing loss.

Wouldn't go back if he was the only doc on the planet. Condescending miserable excuse for a doctor. They desk made the appt knowing I had bronchitis yet he wouldn't treat me cause he is ENT. Give me a break. U managed to scope my nose and do a throat culture but sent me out without a prescription for what I knew was bronchitis. He can stick that scope where the sun don't shine. I would give no stars but u have to give atleast one.

Dr. Scarborough is a thoughtful Doctor that does not push antibiotics at you. Looks to resolve your symptom and illnesses for the long term. Smart and introspective. I've had a lot less sinus infections under his care!
