Very understanding. Took time to answer questions. Unfortunately, our new insurance United Health Care won't accept him. We will miss him. My husband had him for 8 years.

Dr. Palfreyman is very studious, asks many questions, listens patiently, examines thoroughly, explains things in such a clear and concise way. He cares about his patients and did not recommend unnecessary tests or medications. He really is there for you as the patient. I left his office knowing that my concerns were important and that the treatment plan was the best course of action available for me.

I've seen Dr. Palfreyman for 2 years (diagnosed with RA in 2019). This provider is easy to work with and understands rheumatological disease well. Does not push pain killers, instead works with you to manage your disease without need of them. Dr. Palfreyman and his team appear to believe in early, aggressive treatment, which is very positive. I was on a biologic in under a year and finally doing better.

I have been in contact with Palfremans office for about a month. I was trying to get set up as a new patient for fibromyalgia. They were ridiculously slow in getting the ball rolling. I call this morning and was informed that Palfreyman decided my pcp could handle it! Did I get a phone call stating t j.g at? Nope!!! I had to continously call and then the bloody office sat on the answer... knowing damn well I was waiting! Ridiculous ????????

Dr. Palfreyman has been my Rheumatologist for 2 years and has guided me through my treatment of RA. He is attentive and always takes time to listen to all of my concerns and questions. He has always provided options to my care and has guided me through the decision process with the best outcome. He has never insisted on a particular protocol, only making suggestions so that I can make an informed decision. More caregivers should be like this!

Dr. Palfreyman is completely incompetent, with Lupus SLE. He conducts blood testing that is not Medicare or FDA approved, and refuses to listen to the patient. He is the worst Rheumatologist I’ve ever been seen by. I wouldn’t recommend this man or his EGO to my worst enemy. He isn’t GOD, he is just a normal man, yet he thinks he walks on water. If you ask for more testing, or proper medical testing, he will make stuff up in his notes to CYA, and then dismisses you. Think long and hard before entrusting your life in his hands.

After seeing a different Rheumatologist in 2016, I wanted a second opinion, so my PCP sent a referral to Dr. Palfreyman with Idaho Arthritis Center. He denied my referral stating “there is nothing more I can do for her,” denying my ability of a second opinion. It has been 2 years since he denied my referral and because of my new pregnancy and other complications I’ve had with it, a new referral was sent to Dr. Palfreyman. He again denied the referral for the same reasoning as before.

Dr. Palfreyman literally saved me. All other Doctors for 20 yrs refused to listen to me or help. I'm 33 yrs and had no markers for inflamation and couldn't really walk or put my shirt on. ALL OTHER specialists couldn't see or listen and they told me I was fine & let my body damage itself . He quickly found what they missed in one hour. I'm now taking Enbrel for Psoriatic Arthritis. My 16 yr old daughter has it too and thanks to his whit and kindness, he saved my family. Words just aren't enough.

I received a dx of autoimmune disorder and was provided a medication which had very limited benefits. My medication regiment was written on a post-a-note with very limited discussion. I obtained all information regarding my diagnosis on Web MD. The medication prescribed required more documentation for my insurance d/t dosage, and the doctor didn't cooperate at first, so I have only been taking it for 4 days rather 2-3 months. Dr. Palfreyman is unprofessional, and lacks empathy. His staff too

I've had a few Artritus Doctors in the last 26 year's and this last year I've been seeing Dr. Palfreyman. He's the best doctor, so kind, caring, and takes care of you. I would absolutely recommend him.
