I cannot express how grateful I am for the expertise and genuine care that I received from Dr. Momin. I had severe spinal stenosis and scoliosis that was significantly impacting function of my left leg. Dr. Momin explained in great detail my condition, options, risks, and benefits. The surgery was a success and I have regained much function and my body is more aligned following lumbar fusion. Grand Junction is beyond fortunate to have such a talented, high caliber neurosurgeon!

From the very first appointment I had with Dr. Momin, I was impressed. He answered my questions and made sure I understood everything he explained, and I never felt rushed at any of my appointments. He was not 'surgery happy,' but, instead, provided options for me to try first. Unfortunately, I eventually did have to have spine surgery. Before the procedure, I had heard countless horror stories about back surgeries, making me question if I should have the procedure or not. I am so glad I went through with it!!! After YEARS of horrible pain, I am now pain free! Additionally, there were no complications during or after the surgery. For anyone trying to decide whether or not to have back surgery, I would encourage you to go see Dr. Momin, and if you go ahead with surgery, you cannot go wrong with Dr. Momin as your surgeon!

I had spinal surgery January 2024 for T7,T8 repair and laminectomy. Dr. Momin said I'd be recovered by September. It was a big surgery, and did take the 9 months. I am walking without even a cane now, which was my ultimate goal. I still have more strength to regain, but I can recommend Dr. Momin at the highest level. Dr. Momin will get you back on your feet!

We are forever grateful for Dr. Momin and his staff. Dr. Momin performed an extensive spinal surgery on my husband. 14 screws and 12 hours in the operating room and excellent outcome! My husband is pain free and can enjoy life again. Dr. Momin is a humble genius! Caring, compassionate, and extremely personable. He listens! He visited the hospital room personally many many times post surgery. He was as excited to see the super positive results as we were. His staff is responsive and friendly! We always get a call back immediately with the simplest of questions. HIGHLY recommend! Get your life back!

I had great care from Dr. Momin when he removed a schwanoma from my T7. He was never rushed and explained everything in detail. He has a high professional focus and attention to detail. The 5 hour surgery went well and I had excellent care at St. Mary's hospital. Everyone in the office and on the team were helpful and positive. Dr. Momin did a super job on my C1 fracture. I had excellent care from his staff until surgery was scheduled on Dec. 15'23. My recoverey went real well and I have no neck pain! I found him to be a very kind and caring person and felt very comfortable in his care. I would surely recommend his operative skills to anyone needing spinal surgery.

I had 2 schwanoma tumors removed / debulked (one could not be removed) from my spinal cord. Dr Momin did a great job and I have only a slight numbness in my right foot as a side effect of not being able to remove the 2nd tumor. I am looking at further back sutgeries and will have Dr. Momin do those as well. I do recommend him.

I have been taken care of in an outstanding manner, and he has shown extreme concern for my well being. I don't even remember feeling any pain from the incisions.

It is not an exaggeration to say that Dr Eric Momin saved my life. I arrived at St Mary's onboard a LifeFlite chopper with a near fatal spinal infection.
