Had to wait 3 weeks in between appointments. I called because I would be 15min late to an appointment and they refused to take me. Then I asked for my lab results and they said I had to pay $1 per page. They couldn't have the staff wait an extra 15min even though I had to wait 3 weeks for an apointment at a reasonable hour after work. There was no recognition that I was not only a patient but a paying customer.

I saw Dr. Eric Kerr after an emergency room visit. He looked over all my scans, listened to me very carefully, diagnosed and had me treated immediatey. He was very kind and compassionate; went out of his way to give me all the attention and information I needed. He is extremely caring, and checked in with me every step of the way during the problem I was having as well as treatment. He was a very calm and gentle bedside manner, which is very important to me, I'd highly recommend Dr. Kerr.
