Right Hip Revision - I’m Free Again
1. Dr. Heinrich is that rare combination of brilliance and compassion. He listens and then fixes.2. The surgical experience was a PLEASURE, yes I said pleasure. The doctor has created the most efficient and compassionate team of care givers at his surgical center. I’ve had multiple surgeries so I know.3. I broke my hip 25 years ago, had two surgeries and have not had a pain free day since, until; the doctor revised my hip. After my 6 weeks active recovery, full weight bearing, I am pain FREE!4. At four months I am already doing all my exercises. Bike riding twice a week, elliptical and stair master, swimming 3 x, lifting weights 3x, walking 4 miles 1x. In addition to a ton of daily activities, all PAIN FREE. And I will run soon.5. I’m not 30 or 40. I’m over 60 so I understand it’s not easy to chop this surgery, but the doctor and his team gave me my life back.I wish you good luck and all the best.

Perhaps I should have read health grades first!
Dr. Heinrich increased the length of the femur during the hip replacement. Currently the knee on that side is experiencing pain because of the uneven leg length. I have been back in and was just given a steroid injection, which only decreased the pain that afternoon

Skilled? Perfectionist? You only have ONE YOU
I owe Dr. Heinrich my eternal gratitude and respect. My new knees are my real knees --my 15-year-old ease knees, perfect. I had both knees replaced by this devoted Surgeon genius and his highly professional, sincere staff. Great listeners, too. Fantastic medical hands. Each knee is flawless. (Also flawless are his staff members from appmt. desks to xray to surgical assistants). And neither replacement was 'elementary'; they were way past crucial! The preparatory visits, the hospital stays (my first and only major surgeries) and now the annual checkups are the best and most positive experiences I have had in decades.

Dr Heinrich and his staff are excellent. My visit was for follow up on pain in my right knee. Eventually I will need a knee replacement but for now it is stable and I am able to exercise, play golf and be active with his help.

Great approach to treatment
I've been a patient for 13 years. Two bad hips (part genetics, part too much running). Dr Heinrich doesn't rush to one treatment plan versus another. He's not a 'surgery first' kind of guy. He listens and makes suggestions based on what he hears. Strange as that sounds - this is kind of unique. I don't like having to wait a long time to see him, but good doctors are in demand. Highly recommend.
