Worst experience ever
The entire staff is dismissive. Dr. Foltz is very rude and dismissive. No one returns phone calls or cares what your issue is. He refused to fill out more paperwork for my employer because it just leads to more paperwork. His P.A. Christine says she will do paperwork for you and does not do it. I have never been so dismissed by a doctor before. Don't waste your time on this practice.

Zero stars if possible Google will help you more
Zero stars. After receiving a diagnosis from a Spinal Tap that requires a neurologists, he wants to give my sister a pain pill and send her to someone else. She needs a neurologist, not a pain pill. She needs a plan for treatment, not a pain pill.

Rude and Dismissive
The whole office experience was horrible. Everyone in the office, especially Dr. Foltz, acted like it was an inconvenience that I was there. Dr. Foltz had horrible bedside manner, had his head in his hand the whole appointment, rushed through the entire appointment, and was constantly sighing and scoffing at everything I said or asked. The only good thing he did was refer me to someone else. I never want to go back to this doctor or this office.

Horrible staff
The staff treats everyone like they are annoying them! Everyone is rude and acts like you are waisting their time. I was even told by the girl who only answers phones and makes appointments that I didn't need an appointment and that they hadn't gotten my results back! She is even the doctors assistant or a nurse, she just makes appointments. If you value your time go somewhere else!

Horrible Experience! Don't waste your MONEY!
STAY AWAY!! Trust me this is the most inefficient medical office I've visited in 50 years. I've been waiting for 2 months to get a written prescription for a replacement CPAP machine. Their office personnel do not return phone calls and really don't care what your issue is. Horrible! Find another Doctor and save yourself the hours of frustration I've endured. UNSAT.

Would not recommend
Dr. Foltz doesn't listen and had terrible bedside manner. He is dismissive of concerns and it feels he just wants you out of his office asap. His staff are rude to each other. Very uncomfortable environment. I received absolutely no results going there after seeing him for over 6 months.

Not impressed
Dr Foltz did not appear to listen to anything I said, his manner was brusque, and I did not get the feeling he was invested in figuring out my issues. It took over two weeks for someone in his office to try to set up the tests he recommended and almost as long for his PA to return a phone call. I found another Dr and was able to schedule tests almost immediately.

Dr Foltz has a Brusque manner, is impatient and uncaring, shows no interest in patients, provides little information. Recommended by Muhammad Ali clinic. Will never visit this doctor again.

Leaving this review on behalf of my mother. She is currently suffering from chronic pain possibly TN and he was super short with her during the appt. swept her completely under the rug. it was about a 4 minute talk and he prescribed her something and that was it. so fast, that she had to return to the waiting room to fill out the rest of the paperwork. one phrase comes to mind when I think of this joke of a doctor. To quote the fish from spongebob “OH BROTHER THIS GUY STINKS”! my mom is in pain and wanted help and this guy is not personable whatsoever. don’t want anyone to have the same experience or to have to listen to their own mother cry when they get get home from their appointment with this joke of a neurologist. you are way better off finding someone else. Not to mention the front office are comprised of rude people as well. Oh and as people say if I could leave 0 stars I would. Joke.

Was referred by my Honor Health Dr because of severe headaches. I was actually referred to someone else but it was Dr Foltz's office that called me to set up an appt. I had no idea what to expect but was skeptical after reading all the negative reviews. I was right, he did not look me in the eye, scratched things on a note pad, as did his MA, he was quick, abrupt, and seemed bothered by having to spend time with patients at all. I wish I could have seen someone else. I will keep the follow up but will not go back after that.

DR. FOLTZ IS SERIOUSLY THE WORST NEUROLOGIST I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. First, I was referred to Dr. Foltz from Honor Health. On my 1st visit, I explained to him about my recent seizure. He then immediately ordered an EEG. On my EEG follow-up visit, he said my results were abnormal and I needed to start medication now. I had to first ask him why my results were abnormal and he said this is due to the presence of bifrontal sharp waves. This was all that he said and the visit lasted only 3 mins.

Dr. Foltz not only mis-diagnosed me with epilepsy, but when I went for a second opinion he NEVER provided the EEG on which he had based his diagnosis. I ended up paying $7,000 for an in-hospital epilepsy study. One month pre-study: written request for his findings. Nothing. Phone call request day of hospitalization? Nothing. Husband went on day of release for records. Nothing. Though I complained of major bad side effects from the drug (Keppra) that he prescribed, he only increased my dosage.

One of the WORSE experience I ever had! Made an appointment here so that I could have Dr. Foltz explain the CT scans, MRI's and EEG test results. The hospital didn't fax them before my visit so I asked to WAIT til the hospital sent them. It would have been a matter of 10-15 minutes! I was told NO! I explained that I had 3 mini strokes and desperately needed to know what the test results said and that results were being faxed! The doctor did a RUSH exam and never called with results!

Not likely to recommend. Likes to do te$ts in office but, doesn't communicate how the test results ( or, even out of office tests results) relates to big picture of care. Doesn't explain what test results mean. During office visits, he shakes his foot a lot and taps his pen on his notepad like, hurry-up, I'm busy, you're taking up my time! (yes, he relies on his notepad as your medical record) There is a lot of office staff turn-over.

I was referred to Dr. Foltz after experiencing 1.5 months of excruciating nerve pain. This is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. I was in & out in 5 minutes, he was completely disinterested in hearing the history on my situation, and he didn't even initiate a discussion about my current medications to ensure they are appropriate. He basically said I don't know what is going on, go get an MRI, then rushed me out the door. Complete waste of time, and I felt totally disprespected.
