My appointment at the Urology department with Dr. Dybal has been by far the best experience I have ever had at the Phoenix VA. He took the time to explain everything to me. I felt like I was in the best hands possible.

Terrible doctor...even worse bedside manner. Beware. Very unpleasant vasectomy.

He is never on time for his appointments even when you are the first patient of the day. He is late arriving and the staff even tells you it is common for him to arrive late. When asked why they schedule appointments for him knowing he won't be there they tell you it's because the appointment template is set up that way.

Saw Dr Dybal at the Phoenix VA for a Vasectomy. Dr explained everything at my first consultation meeting, and scheduled the vasectomy. On the morning of the procedure, i arrived about 50 minutes early, got called back before my scheduled time. Dr Dybal was early as well, so started procedure early, and I was back in my vehicle within an hour of arriving. No complications at all, was back at work the next day, albeit sitting at a desk. Very good experience, especially considering it was VA.
