We absolutely love Dr. Dowling. He's an excellent surgeon, he is kind and cares about what happens to his patients. He understands the test results and treatments for my condition. He answers questions and listens patiently when I talk to him during my visits. He never seems hurried and treats me like I am a number one priority. Thank you again Dr. Dowling, for caring and for being a fantastic doctor!
