I feel like I went To a different doctor than those above. I was in the office for an hour and spent maybe 5 minutes with him. The rest of the time was with a nurse, a student and alone. When I said I had a negative reaction to a remedy he sent me for, he said ok and walked out as if insulted that I got sick from the procedure. He did not seem to care about me as a person.

Best doc around, never had one better. The USF system around him is horrible, but Dr Coris and his medical staff are great. Making an appointment through the appointment line and especially online are painful. They could care less if you have a serious injury or hangnail. I've been seeing him for years and will stay, regardless of the system.

I went to Dr Coris desperate for answers about my rib pain! I felt dismissed by my doctor since x ray showed no fracture. He explained all possibilities, acknowledged my feelings and the severity of the pain and helped get answers. Dr Coris bedside manner was impecable! I would recommend him highly.

I saw Dr. Coris for hip pain 7/2016. My experience with Dr. Coris and USF Health was pain-free, literally and figuratively, from start to finish. Ample parking was available in the parking garage. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. The appointment was initiated promptly. The nurse and x-ray techs were reassuring and kind. Dr. Coris was professional, but warm, and fully explained my condition (hip bursitis). I received a cortisone shot and list of exercises, and now my hip doesn't hurt!

I saw Dr. Coris in October 2015 for a very sore lower back. After 10 minutes, he said that a previous orthopedist's recommended steroid injection into the spine was not correct because I had no pain radiating down my legs. He told me to get PT to strengthen my core. When I told him that I already did much core work with weights 3 times per week and biking 150-200 miles per week, he dismissed my comments, and simply got up & left, telling his assistant to finish up. I did the PT and feel great.
