Not thorough at all
I came in complaining of bladder pressure. He never actually physically examined me. He took a urine sample and I waited several days for results. A technician called saying an antibiotic was prescribed but also said there was no infection. My requests to speak with the doctor were ignored. Three days later I ended up in the ER.

kind and smart doctor who I trust with my care
I have been seeing Dr Christoff in Chicago since 2017. He has helped me swiftly and courteously. I come to the city specifically for healthcare, and he's paved the way for me to get comprehensive gender-affirming care. I definitely recommend him!

I've been a patient of Dr Christoff for about 15 years. While I believe he is a superb physician there are a few other qualities that I have rarely encountered with previous medical relationships. First, in 15 years and probably 2-3 dozen visits, I do not recall ever sitting in the waiting room for more than 5 min. I do not know how he does it! The same goes for my time in the exam room. When I have needed to come in the same day, Dr Christoff has ALWAYS accommodated me. A++ experience.

Worst experience I've ever had and I work in healthcare. I had a physical he didn't ever touch me, not even to listen to my heartbeat. I'm appalled by this experience.
