Dr. Broadway is the best!!

Well I could start, but I guarantee you. It’s gonna take a long time to finish. Dr. Broadway has been in my life or around my life for the last I want to say 13 years I’ve been actually his patient now for four years. My granddaughter was his patient for the last 13 years and still is Dr Broadway is by far one of the most nicest people and he’s down to earth just because he wears suits and ties. He’s not that stuffy he just hast to wear that but if you wanna know my opinion, he is one of the nicest people I think I can tell him anything I want to he never judges me. He listens and he gives me opinions and he tells me what he thinks his job so whoever doesn’t like him or has bad bad things to say trust me there’s a reason on your part as well because as far as I’m concerned, Dr Broadway is absolutely the best. PS thank you Dr. Broadway you have been the best. I don’t know if anybody I would want to go to other than you from my problems.

Perfect Solution to 'Unsolvable' Situation
About fifteen years ago, I took a person who had been hoarding for months on end to be signed up for treatment at Mountain Gateway. She insisted on holding onto a large bag of trash in her wheelchair while going into the Mountain Gateway office inside EOMC at Poteau, Oklahoma. Her side of her residence room had been stacked full of trash that she refused to give up. She often argued even about letting me take outgrown clothing for replacement new clothes. She stayed three weeks at Mountain Gateway and never again did any of the above things. She just now passed away without ever having shown any more signs of hoarding that I ever saw, seeing her almost every week. I thought it was impossible! Thanks, Dr. Broadway! You worked a miracle!Submitted Apr 29, 2024

How is this man a psych?
The most uncompassionate, cold, flippant medical professional I've ever encountered, and that's saying something. He lets you talk solely so he can turn your words around and talk down to you, as if the only way he can feel some form of satisfaction is by making his patients feel stupid. He's a disgrace.

Undeserving title of psychiatrist
This so-called 'psychiatrist' believes that a bi-polar mental patient that can barely make good decisions for himself, should be capable of serving jury duty. I have not been 'OK' for a long time and this so-called psychiatrist tells me that I am capable of serving jury duty. I simply asked to be excused for jury duty because I am still in recovery for alcohol addiction and he treated me like, 'oh you can go to work, so you should be able to serve as a juror'... WOW... if I ever have felt betrayed or misunderstood... I definitely do now. I hope this so called Dr. loses his license. I AM NOT OK....TO BE MAKING GOOD DECISIONS ....FOR OTHERS ON TRIAL. He thinks I am perfectly capable of making good judgements for others. He denied me my request for jury duty dismissal. He does NOT deserve the title of psychiatrist or Doctor. Do not give him your time of day.

Long haul
I have been a patient of Dr. Eric Broadway since 2016. I am a combat veteran with severe PTSD, and he has continued to help me through this difficult journey. Every other psychiatrist I have seen just pushed pills, but not Dr. Broadway. He understands that my condition is not something a "magic pill" can cure and treats me with patients and understanding. I am a difficult person to get along with and hardly ever leave reviews, but for as long as I have been his patient he has earned a great review from my personal experience. To the point answers to questions. No leading me to say things. No pushing of medicine. No waste of time. People need to know the difference between a psychiatrist like Dr. Broadway and a psychologist. Psychiatrists proscribed medications. Psychologist, LCSW, and LPCs talk and provide therapy. If you are looking to TALK to someone, tell him to refer you to one of them. If you made it this far, you are strong for seeking mental health! Best of luck!
