Dr. Eric Bergson, MD

I was very nervous about having this surgery done (I had a cyst on one of my parathyroids) but a colleague had thyroid surgery done by Dr. Bergson and I was very impressed with her results so I took a chance and I am very happy with my decision. Dr. Bergson is an excellent surgeon and readily returned my calls when I had concerns. All of my levels are now back to normal and my scar is not that noticeable after 3 months. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bergson for thyroid or parathyroid surgery.

Dr Bergson is a skilled surgeon who took the time explaining my cancer diagnosis and treatment. His experience and dedication gave me peace of mind and a successful outcome. I am forever grateful to him.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bergson. I went into the appointment feeling like I had multiple different issues that I had likely neglected too long. Dr. Bergson listened to everything I said, made multiple references to parts of my explanations and was able to fully assess everything that I was concerned about during the visit. He performed an exam using a scope in my throat which I was initially nervous about. It was over before I knew it - no pain, no issues. Dr. Bergson is truly skilled, very professional and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Berson was extremely thorough in his exam. I arrived at my appointment with a full sheet of questions and he answered every single one in detail. At my second visit, I again came with multiple questions and he was so patient in providing me with answers and reassurance. I had a thyroidectomy with Dr. Bergson and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am currently 3 weeks post-op and my incision looks phenomenal!

I was referred to Dr. Bergson by my endocrinologist for surgery. He was the second surgeon I had been referred to as the first one was lacking in chair-side manner. Dr. Bergson was very attentive from the first appointment in his office, through the ordeal of a pandemic to the day of surgery and all the way through to the post-op appointment. Words that describe his care for me include professional, superb listening skills, thorough, friendly, very knowledgeable, empathetic and polite. He was excellent with follow-up phone calls to make sure I remained informed. I felt very safe going into the surgery because of his caring attitude BEFORE the surgery. It is with high respect for his surgical skills and professionalism that I would recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

He was very condescending. Rambled on and got angry when I asked him to cut to the chase. He sent in a prescription he wanted me to take and then called up the pharmacy and canceled it out of anger and pettiness. Very unprofessional!

After ER visit and X-ray showed no foreign object in my throat , saw Dr. Bergson next day, he used a fiber optic Laryngoscopy and I coughed up a bay leaf. He was very gentle and explained the procedure to me , Excellent patient care.

I recently had thyroid surgery performed by Dr. Bergson. He was awesome. Prior to the surgery he went over all of the possibilities and explained everything in detail, in such a way that I was able to understand. Thankfully he only had to remove half of my thyroid but everything went well. Recovery is just as he explained it. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Bergson and ENT and Allergy to anyone. He's thorough and patient and puts you at ease. Dr. Bergson knows what he is doing and he does it very well.

Dr Bergson operated twice on my sinuses and since the last surgery all my prior problems are gone. I am very pleased with his determination to "fix the problem". I would recommend him highly especially for his skill and tenacity to get to the bottom of the problem and solve it.

Dr. Eric Bergson was very personable and thorough treating my condition as far as he could within his own practice of medicine. After he ordered an MRI and reviewed it he helped and suggested a few neurological doctors to assist me in getting a more full and complete evaluation of my condition. Thank you Dr. Bergson. This doctor was horrible. He stuck a probe down my nostrils without my permission nor with any explanation. There was no reason. He had already told me I didn't have a problem. No anesthetic No ppreparation. It was just a money maker. He should be removed from practice. My nostrils are inflamed, painful and did not allow me to eat sleep or drink liquids. A horrible detestable experience. No compassion. One and a half hours late. I wish I could have been faster , but he simply shoved it down tell

Dr Bergson was awesome. Thorough, compassionate and caring. He treated me for my Vertigo. I can not say enough about the care and service I got there. Outstanding!
