If you want to feel like a number, not a person, then go to this office. While the doctor is good, the bureaucratic system isn't. There is no compassionate care or concern for you as a human being. It takes months to see the doctor. And if you need any one-on-one follow-up, forget about it! You'll just have to go through operator after operator and nobody will actually speak with you to answer questions.

Dr Allen is a kind and gentle personality who comes across as genuine in his efforts to help and care for his patients. I find him easy to talk to and feel comfortable asking him questions and having a healthy dialog.
