She counts your co-pay money, cash, in her office, right in front of you, as she is giving you her "medical advice". She was rude, her "secretaries" were also very unprofessional. I visited the office during a very warm summer day in Newark and they have a small fan in the corner to cool the room. Once I was finally called in to my appointment with Dr. Ramirez, I was walked into one of the check-up rooms, I witnessed ants crawling on the corner of the room.
