After years as a patient I showed up for an appt. and was told my insurance was no longer accepted. When asked why I was told, “you can go to Urgent Care” and the window was shut in my face.

Very disappointed. I have called Dr Paradela’s office regarding my mom’s recent visit needing clarification with medications and test order and have not received a call back. I have called 4 consecutive business days and left messages to office staff who states that Dr. Paradela is aware and will call back at the end of the day. It’s going on the 5th day and still waiting for response from him. This is an example of a total neglect on patient’s concerns. Small disregard of patient’s concerns that can potentially end in a big problem. Dr. Paradela surely needs to watch the Josie’s story and know the importance in responding to patient’s concern.

Dr. Paradella is the kindest, most patient doctor I've been to in a long time. He explains every test, procedure, outcome, problem etc and answers questions with true answers, not just two or three words. He spends as much time as necessary with me, does not rush in and rush out to meet a quota. Very caring, highly recommend.

Concerned. Not rushed. Good listener. Personable. Excellent diagnostician. Even when he has referred me to a specialist, his guesses are usually correct.

Dr. Paradella is awesome Down to earth takes his time with you and is very thorough!!!! He actually cares about his patients. 1st visit was great I highly recommend Dr. Paradella to anyone. He also is highly intelligent.
