Dr. Ephigenia Giannoukos, MD

I've been taking my children to Dr. Giannoukos for over 10 years and I couldn't be happier with the care they've received! Dr. Giannoukos is an exceptional pediatrician who truly listens to my concerns and takes the time to answer all my questions. Her office staff especially Michelle is sweet, friendly, and efficient. They're quick to answer phone calls and messages, which is a huge plus when you're worried about your child's health. The wait times are always reasonable, and they always make us feel welcome and comfortable. But what really sets Dr. Giannoukos apart is her kindness, compassion, and ability to put my kids at ease.She's helped us navigate everything from routine check-ups to more complex health issues, and I've always felt confident in her expertise and guidance.

I wish I could give a higher review but I cannot. I’ve known Dr G. for 18 years since my son was 15 months old. My son is special needs. We saw her last Fall for an appointment. She sent my son for a cardiac review, which we did right away with the specialist she recommended. She said she also wanted to order some genetic tests as well. My son is currently at a behavior treatment facility. She would not return our calls for months, or the facility’s calls. She dropped my son like a hot potato for no reason. She even sat on the information that his back X-ray came back as him having scoliosis. I had to go to extreme measures to get the results elsewhere since my son was over 18 at the time. We since have obtained guardianship. I cannot recommend this doctor.
