I have been seeing this pain management specialist for several years now. He is by far the best of the best! My visit begins with a warm greeting from Raquel who signs you in with a friendly smile. Soon Vivian will call you back to take your vitals once again with a warm and friendly demeanor. She takes you to a private room and states "The doctor will be right with you" Then wishes you a pleasant day! When Dr. Umpierre comes in we exchange pleasantries and our visit begins. He is very thorough. Asking always if anything has changed since my last visit. He really listens to you and never makes you feel rushed. He truly cares about your care as an individual and never puts people in a box because every patients needs are different and he is keenly aware of that. I always leave feeling I was in the best of hands thanks to the doctor, the entire staff, and the manager Iliana who often visits with patients in the lobby. I give this office an A+

Dr Umpiere is a very thorough and thoughtful doctor. He listens to his patients. He provides pain management care that is combined with physical therapy when needed. He verifies that your medicine is at the right levels by random urine testing. If you truly want to feel better this is the. Doctor for you.

Dr. Umpierre & his staff are amazing! Every time that I have needed anything at all it is taken care of right away. He as well as his staff is very kind and caring!

Doctor was very polite and kind. Some of his staff are very rude.I found Craystal to be the most rude person there. Craystal talked down to me as if I were stupid. This person does not belong in a job dealing with people in a lot of pain. Craystal is not a people person at all. Most of the other staff was ok.

office had over a month to get my records. They also didn't take my insurance, but scheduled apt anyway. They take my 250.00, and then the dr won't prescribe me anything cause he had no records. Scam, don't waste your money. I was covered in surgery scars, he didn't care. Don't deal with this scam artist.
