Poor staff members, without any care with the patient. I do not recommend.

Terrible
Terrible. I have been a patient of theirs for 10+ years. Need a re-fill for my meds and they want me to come in in person. I was given an appt. time that I cannot accommodate because of my new job and long commute. The second date and time I was given, I had a conflict and I asked if I can come in 30 mins later due to another appt. they scheduled me for. The receptionist was rude and said no. I asked if I can do a telemed and she still said no. I therefore asked if she can relay the message to the Nurse Practitioner, Devra that I have been seeing for at least 5 years, and I doubt that she save the message.

Avoid
Terrible experience. Went in for a physical and they immediately sent me for tests rather than a proper examination. Then, they got the chart wrong for what the ultrasound needed to show. I'd never go back here.

New Doctor mistakes after only 2 visits: 1. Charged me for a “new doctor visit, 45+ minutes” when I was only there for 30 minutes max for a simple skin rash on my shin that was already 80% healed. 2. Lost my blood test samples 3. Charged me for “Doctor's office visit, long” to retake blood samples they lost. 4. Told me my lab test would be expedited and the results would be available on Wednesday. They didn't get them till Friday. 5. Gave me important and potentially critical information on a phone that has lots of background noise and is difficult to hear and understand. 6. I was told they would mail my lab test results but they never did the first time (forgot?) so I had to call twice and wait 11 days to get them. 7. Only sent me part of my lab results.
