Doesn’t care terrible avoid her
I had a procedure done by this doctor due to an abnormal test result. There was no explanation about my results and no explanation about the procedure. She has no bedside manner and doesn’t seem to care. When I asked about my results she just said she would call. Also talking about the upcoming patients in front of me. My entire experience was so uncomfortable! Her office staff is also scary wrote the wrong information in My Chart, collected urine that was unlabeled in the bathroom with ungloved hands and cleaned a room with ungloved hands also., took my blood pressure with a manual machine with no stethoscope (I have never seen that). Would not recommend. You would think that because she’s a woman she would understand and be caring but no! After thinking about it i should have left. I will get a second opinion. There is nothing worst than not trusting your own doctor or going to someone that really could care less about you. People like this shouldn’t work in this profession!!!

Avoid. Worst Experience
I went for an IUD check and to discuss removal. She had terrible bedside manner, kept sighing when coming in and out of the room/complained about how long the day was, did not fully discuss my options with me, and just kept saying do you want it removed yes or no. I have gone to many practitioners but this was the worst experience I've ever had and I honestly left feeling traumatized. She made it clear that she did not care and didn’t want to be there, which is shocking since normally gyns care about women and their health.

Grossly Negligent and Terrible Doctor
I scheduled an appointment and wanted to get a pap smear/checkup and remove my birth control (nexp). I clearly wrote that I wanted to remove it when i scheduled the appointment. After initially offering to do a full checkup, she made the nurse go in and tell me she would either remove the birth control or the pap smear. I said I wanted to remove the birth control since she would only want to do one of them (which is insane). After saying I could pick one or the other, she decided she no longer wanted to remove my birth control and said she changed her mind and only wanted to do the pap smear. I refused to let her do either and left. Incredibly unprofessional and gross negligence of her patient. Do not go to her.

Dr. Marsan was patient. I appreciated that my exam did not feel rushed like it can with other doctors. She was very kind and thorough. The nurses who assisted were also very efficient and friendly. The office is clean and the receptionists were great.
