Dr. Emmanuel Nwelue, MD

Had to have my knee replacement re-done. The previous doctor made a huge mess! I was in agony for almost 2 years. I found Dr. Nwelue at my shoulder appointment with TSAOG. So I set up an appointment with him. He viewed my x-rays and immediately explained why I was in so much pain and how he could fix it. He made me feel seen and heard, unlike the previous doctor. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Nwelue so I booked a revision surgery and am ssooooo incredibly happy with my results. Not only is Dr. Nwelue a phenomenal surgeon, he's a wonderful human being. He's got an amazing bedside manner and he is very thourough with explaining what he planned on doing prior to my surgery. Then after surgery, he showed me and told me what he did and explained it in a manner that I could actually understand. He is so down to earth and very personable, and so is his staff. They are all so wonderful! Thank you to Dr. Nwelue for giving me my life back.

Waited 40 minutes after start time without being seen. Let staff know and was rudely informed that I just need to wait more. I asked for info on manager and wasn't given it until I asked multiple times. Explained that my time was valuable and not infinite and left. Horrible clinic he works for. Waste of time and money.

My mother had a total knee replacement with Dr. Nwelue. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all her questions without rushing her through the office consultation. By taking the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, Dr. Nwelue helped her make an informed decision. He's approachable and easy to talk to. The surgery went smoothly and her recovery is going well. Both times I've called his office his assistant Serena has called me right back.

I've never met a surgeon with such a great, down-to-earth personality. Dr. Nwelue was incredibly knowledgeable about my injury and involved me and my family in my treatment plan. He took all the time he needed to ensure every question was answered and I had a complete understanding of everything we discussed. To say I'm impressed is an understatement! You will NOT be disappointed with this surgeon!

Had to go in for a torn bicep and they paired me up with a new doc which was hesitant. However it was the BEST. . . Dr. Nwelue is so awesome and so professional and kind to listen and address all your concerns. Your not rushed and he makes sure you are good and ask if you have questions multiple times to ensure you are good. Which some doctors they are like a "hit and run" they pop in look at you and then take off and you are left with the nurse. Not him! Highly recommend him!!
