One of the best doctors I’ve ever met
Dr. McDonald is an exceptional physician who consistently provides compassionate and thorough care. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns and explain treatment options clearly, he made me feel informed and empowered about my health. I highly recommend Dr. McDonald to anyone seeking a caring and knowledgeable doctor. P.S.- To the patient who left that first review, it is very inappropriate for you to discredit a provider that you’ve never met. Dr. McDonald is an amazing doctor and your comment was unnecessary.

To be quite honest , I know absolutely nothing abt the guy, however I want to believe that he’s a nice person and I feel sorry for him after reading the only review in the comment section that completely trashed him. Please give him a chance if I need of his services and let us know what his services are REALLY like. Thx, management

I was waiting three months for an appointment with this doctor and after that time, with two days left for the consultation, the doctor did NOT want to see me because in the emergency room of the same Advent Health hospital they had ordered an endoscopy for me and according to what they told me, how he had not done it the colonoscopy, I had to go make an appointment with the gastroenterologist who treated me and whom I had never met, because that gastroenterologist treated me when I was anesthetized. What a lack of respect for the patients, if that was the doctor's policy, they should have let me know from the moment I made the appointment and not after I had waited three months. He didn't care about my health situation, or that the enzymes in my pancreas had been altered or that I had been diagnosed with gastritis when they did the endoscopy. According to him, the person who had to see me was a nurse and NOT him, even though I pay for a PPO where I don't even need to see a general doctor first to see a specialist. Unfortunately, there are doctors who are only interested in finding patients who generate $ and maybe like me I don't need surgery, because I am not a good prospect for him.
