Thorough and Responsive
Dr. Reinig is the first Provider I've had in 20 years who's given thorough attention to my medical conditions. She ordered the tests, imaging and referrals that were necessary to catch potential problems before they 'go critical'. I really appreciate that she uses the online tool My Chart to communicate rather than phone tag; this tool creates a documented log of questions, responses.

Caring and Committed
Dr. Reinig is a doctor who takes the time to listen to her patients and do everything she can to help. She is thorough, capable, committed, and compassionate. Great with both children and adults. Unfortunately, our clinic over-scheduled her constantly, which ultimately resulted in us losing the best doctor my family has ever had. Even though she was overworked due to circumstances beyond her control, she gave each of us excellent care, as if we were the most important patient of the day.

Dr Reinig, is one of the best doctor's that I have ever seen. She is compassionate and non-judgmental about any medical topics that you need to bring up. She spends as much time with the patient as need, whether it is 10 minutes to an hour, she is there to listen to your concerns. She took me in when no other doctor's would see me for my thyroid condition. I am absolutely in love with the way she handles her patients and hope to be a patient of hers for a long time.
