I've been seeing Dr. Emily Prevo for a few years now after my sister recommended her to me. She is an amazing and thorough doctor. I'm not an easy patient as I've multiple issues. Emily has always been so kind to me. She takes the time to listen. I fully trust her and I didn't think I'd say that about another doctor ever again. She is very prompt with her scheduling so I'm not quite sure why anyone would give her a bad rating because they showed late to an appointment. Make one exception then every patient that comes in is going to be sitting there waiting for their scheduled appointment as Dr. Emily doesn't rush her appointments and makes sure to cover everything. I really appreciate her! I drive a 45 min. drive just to see her. When I can I do virtual visits.

Sadly this doctor cares more about her own interests than that of her patients. During a nasty weather event, I arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment despite leaving more than twice the time it would typically take to get there. Road conditions were very bad and traffic was extremely slow. The doctor wouldn't see me when I arrived. Unfortunately, the health and well-being of patients doesn't seem to be paramount at this office.

Disregard for patients

Not good
She will not see you if you are sick or have an issue. She just recommends you to go to the walk in care that is within the same building. She often doesn’t have answers to questions regarding my health. I will be finding a new doctor.
