Dr. Pike sucks. She doesn't listen. I went to her with 2 specific issues and she didn't help with either of them. I needed antibiotics and prior authorization to see a specialist. She wouldn't give me either. Now since I'm running a fever due an infected pressure ulcer, I'll have to go to urgent care for antibiotics. That wouldn't be necessary if she listened to her patients, because I could've kept the infection at bay. As far as the prior authorization goes, I have a spinal cord injury and there are no specialists in NM, so I want to see one in AZ but she won't give me prior authorization. She said there's a specialist here in the state but didn't know any names and hasn't called me to give me any (because there isn't one). Great job! Not! She's horrible. Could've saved some gas and time and frustration by staying home or going to a doctor that doesn't suck.

Dr. Pike is an outstanding doctor! She has a great head on her shoulders and really takes the time to understand your concerns.

Wow, no words can express how lucky I feel to have found Dr Pike. The first appointment was about 20 minutes or so and I got a tough diagnosis and a caring team of medical personnel to help me through. She leads this team and I feel really well taken care of. She referred me to 3 other specialist who saw me immediately. That has never happened for me before. I've had great treatment all the way around by a caring knowledgeable pro who has my best interest at heart.
