rushed
she quickly diagnosed what i had but she talked so fast and left absolutely no time for me to form a question or for her to answer them. when i got my inserts shaped by her, she didnt even let me try them before leaving the room. i told her i had pain elsewhere in my feet and she did not tell me anything about it after looking at my xray, but i saw in the notes that there was spurring which she did not inform me of. do not see her.

Excellent Podiatrist
Dr. Hermes has been my Podiatrist for over six years and I am very happy with her. She is a doctor who cares about her patients, and she is thorough. Some years ago she found a hairline fracture in my ankle that the Emergency Room had not seen, and she was able to treat it successfully.

Not very good. I saw her on February 17th for the first time. She really acted like she did not want to be there. She talked as though her whole conversation was rehearsed. Not sure if this is a lack of people skills or she was just being rude on purpose. Will not be returning.

Dr. Hermes & her staff are great, especially Christi. I am a current patient of hers who after receiving inadequate treatment for a bone spur w/ another podiatrist sought the help of Dr. Hermes. From day one she has been personal and professional in her dealings with me and my husband. She explained additional issues discovered during my surgery and provided an excellent plan for recovery. Her nurse Christi is a gem, she goes beyond her scope as a nurse to assist her patients in any way she can.

I’ve seen Dr Emily Hermes twice and both times she was knowledgeable and professional. She removed some type of callous on the bottom of my foot on my first visit as I thought that was causing my foot pain but I realized that wasn’t the cause and went back a couple weeks later with more specific description of my pain being in my heel. They did an x-ray and diagnosed Plantar Fasciitis Just as I’d thought it was. She gave me an injection in my heel and demonstrated exercises to do

Dr. Hermes was very unprofessional and rude. She was unprepared for my appointment, even yelling from the hallway to ask about my xrays. She became especially condescending after I mentioned that I have family members who are doctors who had also looked at my x-rays. She walked out of the room without letting me know the appointment was over. When I started to leave, none of the staff acknowledged me. There are plenty of options in the area. Go somewhere else.

On my first visit with Dr. Hermes, she showed a genuine concern about my condition and offer a plan of action that gave me complete confidence and faith in her expertise to administer my treatment. I earned an even greater respect for Dr. Hermes’ attention to my aftercare or post treatment. I must confess that, initially, I had reservations based on an opinion that wasn’t favorable towards Dr. Hermes. Nonetheless, I decided that I would at least give Dr. Hermes a try… and I am glad that I did!

Dr,Hermes came in to the exam room and did not say her name to me or my daughter and the doctor have glove on her hand as if I have some kind of disease. Dr,Hermes was not very professional the time she spent with me was not even 15 minutes and she was expecting me to be a white woman and only thing in their office was white people. If I have known that she was not going to do no more than she did i wouldn't have waste my time in her office I will not be coming back to see her any more.
