I was on Denver's Medicaid so my expectations for the quality of care I would receive were kinda low. I was definitely wrong when I visited Dr. Corcoran at the La Casa Clinic. Getting an appointment was a snap. I was seen very quickly; no wait. Dr. Corcoran was very professional and listened to all of the concerns I had about my blood disorder and health history. She's friendly and I was very happy with the care I was given by her and the staff.

This office will not let you come in for a physical as a first visit. Since I only needed a pap done and nothing else. I called and asked the MA if the dr would approve doing the pap/physical at my first visit, they said she said fine. But she billed this as a regular visit instead of my physical so my insurance didn't pay. Their office was not cooperative or responsive and never responded to my appeal. As a provider myself who bills visits daily for 20 years my visit was billed wrong . Cost $$$
