Dr Armstrong was referred to me by my primary care giver because I have cataracts and was having a hard time seeing. They checked me out and she explained to me the options I had and the cost etc. she took her time and explained how the procedure would work and what I could expect. I made my decision and have had my first surgery on my left eye and am so happy with the results so far. Dr. Armstrong is wonderful. I trust her totally with my vision. If she left Roseburg and went to another city here, I would follow her. She is definitely an asset to Roseburg! I am so thankful and grateful she's my doctor.
