Listens to my needs, very helpful. Staff is also very nice. The waiting time is long though.

Disappointing service from doctor
The office staff is very cordial, kind, and helpful; all antonyms of the Dr. Ayala’s service. He didn’t give my family member the opportunity to ask questions. Instead he scolded, was rude and talked down to them. I wanted to call the office and share my concerns, however, my family member is far kinder and did not want to cause Dr. Ayala problems. I hope this review is shared with him, so he can reflect on his customer service towards his patients. It is because of his patients that he has been blessed to have this career. Dr. Ayala, I really hope a positive change is made.

Horrible and VERY Unprofessional "Dr!"
Appointment times at any of these locations are ridiculous. I had an appointment at 2:30, was told to be there at 2. I was running a bit late so called to let them know and was told if I didn't arrive at 2, I wouldn't be seen. What's the point of this 2:30 appointment then?! I finally see Dr. Ayala and he is so cold, rude and unprofessional! I've been across some tough Dr's before but this man seems like he just hates people. He needs to quit his game and find a hobby because he definitely doesn't care about people the way a Dr should. Dr. Ayala is NOT RECOMMENDED! Don't waste your time, money or frustration!

Inconsiderate
The Dr refused to see me although I was on time for my appointment. The staff will give you an appointment and then suggest you be there 30 minutes prior only to refuse to see you if you are not there 30 minutes prior. I don't understand the concept of an appointment with this in theory. If this is the case, appoint me 30 minutes prior and be done with it. I have seen many elderly patients turned away. Do the staff not take into consideration the time effort and cost we put forth into making it to an appointment. Our employers, our families employers, etc. This goes above and beyond a clinic, maintaining its schedule. It's called being ethical. Have some consideration.

I wasn’t interview about my symptoms. Office notes detailed exam that wasn’t performed. Dr sarcastically suggested I was there after “you googled it so came in”.

Dr. Gonzalez-Ayala was very personable during his examination and consultation with me, and he took the time to take a very detailed health history on me, and to explain his review of my CT scans.
